★製品について
メーカーから仕入れたマグカップについて弊社でも二重に検品を行っておりますが、下記のような場合は正常品として加工・出荷させていただいております。
・飲み口、印刷面以外に出来たピンホール
※素焼きに釉薬をかけた際、素焼き表面の空気が釉薬に泡として留まったものです。
・マグカップの底面の僅かな凹み、カケ、スレ汚れ
・数ミリ程度の寸法個体差
・マグカップについた黒い点
　※焼成時に土に含まれている鉄分が黒い点として浮かび上がる場合がございます。
★マグカップ利用上の注意点
・電子レンジ使用は可能ですが、高温になると印刷面に影響が生じますので連続加熱はお控え下さい。
・オーブンや直火でのご使用はお避け下さい。
・食洗機や金属タワシ、研磨剤などの使用は印刷ハゲの原因となります。
・揮発性のベンジンやシンナーのご使用はお避け下さい。

★As these are handmade, please note that there may be slight misalignments in the pattern, as well as minor scratches or stains.
★Please be aware that dust or small particles may occasionally be present during the packaging process.
★About the Product
Although we conduct a double inspection of mugs sourced from the manufacturer, we process and ship items as normal in the following cases:
・Pinholes formed outside the drinking rim and printed area
*These are caused by air trapped in the unglazed surface forming bubbles when glaze is applied.
・Slight dents, chips, or scuff marks on the bottom of the mug
・Dimensional variations of a few millimeters
・Black spots on the mug
*Iron content in the clay may surface as black spots during firing.
★Important Notes on Using the Mug
・Microwave-safe; however, prolonged heating may damage the printed surface, so please avoid continuous heating.
・Do not use in an oven or over direct flame.
・Do not use in a dishwasher or with metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as this may cause the print to peel.
・Do not use volatile solvents such as benzene or thinner.

★제품에 관하여
제조사에서 공급받은 머그컵에 대해 당사에서도 이중 검수를 실시하고 있으나, 아래와 같은 경우에는 정상 제품으로 간주하여 가공 및 출고하고 있습니다.
・입구, 인쇄면 이외에 생긴 핀홀
※소성된 도자기에 유약을 바를 때, 소성된 표면의 공기가 유약 속에 기포 형태로 남아 있는 것입니다.
・머그컵 바닥면의 미세한 오목함, 깨짐, 긁힘 자국
・수 밀리미터 정도의 치수 개체 차이
・머그컵에 생긴 검은 점
　※소성 시 흙에 포함된 철분이 검은 점으로 나타나는 경우가 있습니다.
★머그컵 사용 시 주의사항
・전자레인지 사용은 가능하지만, 고온이 되면 인쇄면에 영향을 미치므로 연속 가열은 삼가 주십시오.
・오븐이나 직화 사용은 피해 주십시오.
・식기세척기나 금속 수세미, 연마제 등의 사용은 인쇄가 벗겨지는 원인이 됩니다.
・휘발성 벤젠이나 신너의 사용은 피해 주십시오.
※모니터나 기기에 따라 실물과 색상이나 밝기가 다를 수 있습니다.
